Being a YouTuber is very similar to running your own business. You should upload things people want to see, just like businessman should offer product/service that people need. And when the growth becomes real, you can consider hiring people to help you run your channel more efficiently. The most difficult part is starting and growing of course, but consistency and hard work (with a little bit of help from Fame - ster of course) will always pay off at the end.

Good morning. About three weeks ago I restarted my YouTube journey with a serious goal that I'm working hard towards. And during this time I've seen many videos showing you how to go from “0 to 1000 Subscribers in 30 days” but none of those videos stood out to me as much as yours. Your sincerity and your ability to relate to your audience is refreshing. Just last night I was inspired to start formulating videos charting my journey from a “realistic” perspective and then I woke up and saw this video which is a sign that I'm on the right path.
