File In Use 'The action can't be completed because the file is open in Avast Antivirus' Windows 10

File In Use: The action can't be completed because the file is open in Avast Antivirus Close the file and try again.
The above message is showing whenever i am trying to delete a file.
Solution: Disable Antivirus, delete the file.
Open Task Manager, see which files are in use and end the process.
Try again delete the file.
