Ruang Volcano Update; Magma is on the Move, Alert Level Raised

The dangerous Ruang volcano is showing signs of unrest north of the island of Sulawesi, as more than 100 volcanic earthquakes have occurred underneath its edifice. These quakes are potentially magmatic in origin, indicating a new intrusion of magma is pushing towards the surface. Raung has not erupted since 2002 and has the potential to be quite dangerous due to its frequency of pyroclastic flows alongside a history of producing volcanic tsunamis. Thus, its alert level has been raised from green to yellow.

In the last 48 hours, earthquake activity underneath Ruang has continued to increase. Whereas the number of volcanic earthquakes was 35 on April 15th, it was 127 on April 17th. An eruption is at the present becoming increasingly likely.
April 1-14: 36 earthquakes
April 15: 35 earthquakes
April 16: 97 earthquakes
April 17: 128 earthquakes

Roo- ang. The dipthogs in Indonesian are split rather than run together as in English. You kinda did it near the end. You will find it easier if you put emphasis on the second vowel. That way you make both sounds distinct. Lots of Indonesian names will be easier to say and read by splitting the pairs of vowels into separate syllables.

They might be unaware about how dangerous it is, having lived there their whole lives without being hit by a pyroclastic flow that happens every few thousand years.
