Lance finds 3 Foxbody Mustang GSP patrol cars at an event in GA and gets the stories behind them and why people love to restore them so much to their original service heritage. Lance with Foxbody FX travels to the Northe Georgia Regional Mustang Club 50th annual show in Hiawasee, GA and finds Foxbody Mustang builds of three different years and calibers of SSP Mustangs. Why were Mustangs used for Police cars and how many did they make in the 90's. Ford Mustang police cars are rare and desirable vehicles to collectors and these 3 in this video are exceptional examples of the Fox body Mustang SSP police cruisers.

Just Wow!! This is a blast from the past. I graduated high school in 1989 and all the cool kids had mid-late eighties Fox-body mustangs. Early ninety models were not much different as I was entering college. So glad these owners could bring their cars to original conditions of the Georgia State Patrol. They are immaculate. Great recruiting tool for the GSP! I am sure these cars are valued at well more what they were when new. Rock on GSP!!

In the 90s Florida Highway Patrol used to run these and would raise the hair on our necks when my buddies and I would see them when we’re on our crotch rockets
