This YouTube video is a Kids Workout with Weights that they can do at home. This total body workout for kids is quick and effective at only 10 minutes long! #kidsworkout #hiitkids #totalbodyworkoutforkids
All you’re going to need for this workout is a pair of dumbbells. For reference, I’m using a set of 8 lb dumbbells.
As with all my workouts, we’re targeting specific muscles and doing a lot of reps over the course of the workout, so you’ll be sure we’re getting fit!
This kids workout consists of two rounds. The timer will be set for the usual duration of 40 seconds on, with 20 seconds of rest in between each exercise.
Remember, you can tailor my workouts to make them as hard or easy as you want just by adjusting the weight of the dumbbells. On some of the workouts, you may even choose to just use your bodyweight!
