Thank you for the video. I really enjoyed your explanation of SCOT! Another example of SCOT would be to use a magnifying glass in order to spot small thing (or read tiny printed text) vs. to use it for trying to burn something (as often done in movies, i have never witnessed anyone actually doing it).

I learned :
SCOT stands for Social Construction of Technology.
People were making spoons, knifes etc with silver. Silver is not a good metal because it is Soft, it tarnishes and its not good. Its used as a Status symbol. It convey's status.
Different uses of books.
normal --> Fall out of fashion --> turns into something cool.
