Megan denies getting any tweakments or altering her look in any way, and who knows - maybe she hasn't! But maybe she has lol! All we can do is guess, however looking at her pictures from when she was younger compared to now, there do seem to be a few changes.

I definitely think she’s had some fillers and breast augmentation, but I thought she was stunning before the fillers. I personally think fillers distort people’s faces and they all end up looking like cats

Its a shame such a naturally gorgeous girl would feel the need to alter her appearance. She has made a definite transformation. She had gorgeous eyes & pulling them back so tightly isn't appealing.

I have a bump on my nose similar to Megan’s before nose and I actually love it now! I think it makes me look different and adds character. I’ve always thought Megan was absolutely drop dead gorgeous, it makes me sad even SHE didn’t think she was beautiful or worthy of the hype she has gotten. Also I love Lori Hill!!! I discovered her a few months ago and cannot stop watching her content. She does such a huge deep dive into celebrates and their work, I would have had no idea some of them get so much work done like they do in Hollywood.

I struggle greatly with facial dysmorphia, to the point I can barely leave my house some days. School made my life hell and I was often called ugly.
I love your positivity and how much you reinforce that having quirks and flaws is OK. Watching your videos make me see myself in a more positive light and I’m so grateful for kind people like you.

- that celebrities / influencers should be honest about the work they do get done so as not to give other women unrealistic beauty ideals

I feel like if I were constantly under a magnifying glass, even if I was as naturally attractive as Megan Fox (before she possibly had anything done), I’d get tweaks done too. I think with social media, a lot of people have suddenly also found themselves face to face with their own face constantly and have taken more strides to improve their looks.

i feel kinda bad for her being hot and all yet have so many insecurities. if she wanted to look like angelina or kim, that makes it worse because that would make it seem like she hates herself so much to the point of wanting to look like somebody else
