This is such a beautiful song I can’t hear it without crying. I sent it to my son along with the lyrics. He’s been going through such a hard time, teenage stuff you know, but still painful to watch him suffer. I think this song gave him hope to refocus his energies on what really matters …God is always there for us and there is a purpose to all our suffering and lessons to be learned .This song is so beautiful

I just had a session with my counselor the other day and we had a discussion about trying to be someone we're not and how God loves us just the way we are and here it is a couple days later I put some things back in the store and told him I'd be back in a little while and a sweet lady that was behind me bought them and brought them out to me and told me God bless you ma'am you forgot your stuff and I said I didnt pay for them and she it's okay there yours and then I turn my car on and this song comes on. Now I can't stop the tears. ❤

I hear this song and it reminds me that I am HIS CHILD, and (as Billy Joel sang a long time ago) "I love you just the way you are!" He loves me when I'm good, and even when I'm not so good. I am HIS, and He inspires me to be the best I can be. So every day, I try to be His child, and do my very best to show His love to others, !! He doesn't expect us to be perfect - He expects us to just be His child. He loves us, He's proud of us, and He says "Just try to do your best." I was listening to this song on my way to drop my kids off at school and it broke me down. My kids asked why i was crying & i was honest. Sometimes I don't feel like im a goo enough mother, daughter, wife, person...and like the song said those lies live "rent free" in my head. And its a struggle sometimes to get through the day...I have to constantly remind myself "I am good enough" and God Loves me just as I am.
