Therefore, 7 men plus (7*7) wives = 49 wives = 56 adults.
So if each man had 7 Children with each wife, then each man would have 7*7=49 children.

It says 7 men has 7 wives so each men has 7 wives so if you want to calculate the total ppl in one family it’s: 1 husband + 7 wives + 49 children (it’s 49 children because each ‘man and wife has 7children so 7*7 = 49) so one family has 57ppl in it so the total ppl in 7 family is 57*7 =399
