Flat Tire on I-75 South Atlanta, H.E.R.O. comes to rescue 🛟

Recently I was traveling through Atlanta on I-75 SOUTH and I had a huge nail that got stuck into my tire little did I know while I was just driving that in the middle of the bustling traffic slow it went flat.
I immediately tried to get to the far right side of the traffic and waited to change the spare tire. Although I successfully removed the spare tire from back of the vehicle surprisingly I was not able to remove the flat tires due to tools not fitting although it was the original tool that was part of the vehicle. I guess there was never been a case where there was a flat tire in this vehicle.
I seek help from nearby where a gentleman told me to call 511 and the hero truck will fix the issue little did I know they refused to help that they're not the AAA service but when I told them I just don't have the tools that's why I am stuck they sent the HERO truck immediately within 25 mins and Chris who was the officer responded to my call changed the tire out of common courtesy and also gave me advice on what should I always carry next time when I am driving!
