Yeah the front fork and rear shock are lacking. Race tech has built a kit for our bikes. I know someone who has done it and they improvements are very significant! You can send your front fork to race tech and they will do the mod for you or buy the kit. Google race tech crf250l

Yeah tell me about the suspension! It lacks hard... Ive done allot to this bike and it rips now it just the suspension, Im proboly going to order a new rear shock but I'm stumped on the front end, maybe stiffer springs in forks>?

Hope you are okay, had a pretty violent high side on mine from over shooting a similar sized table top. I can't wait to get the suspension upgraded, bet you can't either lol

Yeah i bent my protaper se bars and crack my headlight plastic and kinda bent the whole headlight housing but it was easy to bend back and fix. Just my handles bars are outta wack. Lol i had a neckbrace on and still woke up with a sore neck and shoulder but ill bealright

The stock suspension is way too soft to be pulling that shit with it. This ain't a mx bike.. Rough crash, glad you are ok.

I have the same bike had an accident on my private property, a couple days ago, but was going 80kms, same injuries too ahaha, bike is fucked though.
