My great-uncle Hippocrates — no joke, that’s really his name — subsists almost exclusively on a diet of green herbs and vegetables, pulses, olive oil, lemon, and about a kilo of country bread, with the addition of black coffee, a gallon of water, plenty of grape-skin moonshine, which he still distills himself, and about sixty cigarettes per diem (he’s had to cut down considerably because of rising tobacco taxes). He’s always been poor, never owned much property apart from his small ancestral country home, a vineyard and a small olive grove, and he always lived off his manual labour. He’s also survived a series of famines, pestilences, upheavals, and wars, from which he bears about a half dozen combat wounds as proof. When asked about his astounding longevity, he simply shrugs and says that he would have taken better care of himself had he known he’d live this long...

I might not be able to follow 6:37 too good because I don't know... Doesn't Mr Eastwood have somebody to cater for him personally? I'm not sure can all the good advice to the video but I have certain inflections already in my sixties. I know it takes something like the Omega 3 supplement capsule for the essential ingredient like perhaps with vitamin D supplement too.

Eat healthy its the key....we all know this ! But who can eat fish and fresh vegetables and really good leaned meat qualities each days Im truly struggling on everyday to eat conveniently and healthy each days because of high prices of food today it's being, i must NOW, because the prices are going higher at the speed of light....incredible. For an example : im use to buy a certain cheese and 3 years ago i was paying $2, 50 for 500g that was in 2021 and now the same cheese is $10, 00 ???? Or butter, it was around $3, 00 for one pound, now the same butter i use to buy is over $10, 00 a loaf of bread at $6, 00, 2 litter of milk at $7, 00 ???? And it $10, 00 and more for a pound for fish, more than beef? And fresh salmon or tuna is so high i can't never buy !!!! The only tuna i can buy is white tuna in can and i pay $4, 00 each can!!!! I like goberge to and i use to make salade with and we all love that but now goberge is $10, 00 per pounds....i was paying under $3, 00 per pound not so long ago ???? Ok there is some other fish less high but its frozen and in box its fish sticks and other processes food fish in boxes frozen with thick greasy batter and fake fish full toxic process food the worst....i don't eat this i dont eat food like that, I make all my food, eat almost no diary and no sugar, i make also my own bread each weeks( i always made my bread like my mother did and so on!) So, and im struggling really hard with my health anyways ??? And struggling STRONG to eat healthy we are giving almost all our money to feed???? Is that normal???? Not forget how we must pay nowadays for a house or a car its

Avoid farmed fish. I'll bet he gets the real wild stuff. It costs more but it's worth it. Goes double IF you are going to do red meat get the grass-fed only. BUY LOCAL if you can.
