Tomb Raider I–III Remastered Starring Lara Croft is an upcoming action-adventure video game developed and published by Aspyr. It is a remastered compilation of the first three games in the Tomb Raider series: Tomb Raider (1996), Tomb Raider II (1997), and Tomb Raider III (1998), all of which were originally developed by Core Design.[1] The game is scheduled to be released for the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Microsoft Windows, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S on Lara Croft's birthday, 14 February 2024. Tomb Raider I–III Remastered is a collection of remasters of the first three games in the Tomb Raider series: Tomb Raider, Tomb Raider II, and Tomb Raider III. Each game features archaeologist-adventurer Lara Croft as she travels through a series of ancient ruins and tombs in search of ancient artefacts, and is presented from a third-person perspective. Like in the original games, Lara uses two pistols with infinite ammo by default in combat, and can run, walk (which prevents her from falling off ledges), look around areas, jump forwards and backwards, shimmy along ledges, roll, swim through bodies of water, and move blocks. The collection includes new features across all three games, such as options to choose between enhanced and original graphics and classic and modern control schemes, as well as camera lock-on, health bars for boss battles, photo mode, and over 200 achievements.

I remember getting my original PSX in the 90s. My first two games were FF7 and TR. It's amazing that I am reliving both of them this month on the PS5.

I would love to see a remaster of Parasite Eve and Silent Hill 1 and 2 and Resident Evil 1 2 and 3 as well that would be awesome

That's what the flares are for. There's no way I'm going to use the modern controls when you need to be systematic and accurate in you're movement.

so pumped. I never played the original games but I grew up in this era of games. played new Tomb Raider trilogy and loved it.

The photo mode is a perfect tool to use like a drone camera to scout the map before making mistakes.

Part of the game design thrill in the 90s was trying to figure out the puzzles before you learn their solutions from the strategy guide during your next trip to the grocery store magazine aisle lol

Tomb Raider 2 on PlayStation was my first time experiencing the franchise. Really looking forward to playing through the trilogy as I could never beat Tomb Raider 2 past the Venice level.

This is when gaming was truly good..and before that to be honest..it was all about "GAMEPLAY"...Not cinematic cut scenes (which can be good, but often over done)..i was 20 years old when i played this on the playstation 1 LOL 🤣..Yes I'm old!!

Now i can afford a higher end PC and honestly games are few and far between to really pull you in.. Right now I'm Playing the Remastered Halo master chief collection.. Again i first played that 20 year's ago, but as far as first person shooting games go, it's pretty amazing (They have done a good job remastering it for PC also)

They should patch water currents, quicksand waves, 3D shipwreck lamps, screen font for subtitles, menu rings transparency, and spooky Floating Island skybox.

The photo mode actually has an important role in game play. It's a free camera, so you can check the distance of a jump before doing it or see down a hall for any enemy or traps waiting for Lara.

I personally want Sony to Remastered the RESISTANCE series from PS3 to PS5.
