OnePlus Nord 2 gets a 50 megapixel primary camera and iPhone 12 has just a 12 megapixel one, so which one do you think will win in this comparison? Since I got the OnePlus Nord 2, many of you have asked me to make the OnePlus Nord 2 vs iPhone 12 camera comparison, so I took over 150 image and video samples from both these phones and compared them in this video for you guys.

I've been using the Nord 2 and agree with the points you have mentioned.




The main sensor is good. But HDR is pathetic, hence I always keep it off. I've seen a lot of videos saying that it has improved after the software update, not sure on what aspects are they commenting that.

Focussing on close objects is a pain in Nord 2. Even trying to do a manual focus by tapping the screen isn't great. It's a hit or a miss (Mostly a miss). Switching to Expert mode can do the trick.

The selfie camera ain't great. Gets even worse with that HDR again.

Video and audio is great with the Nord 2.

The Gcam also makes a difference in Nord 2.
Overall the phone is great, hope this fix the camera issues with new updates.

What really confuses me about iphones is that, how come iphone 12 pro is priced 30k more than the regular 12 when the only upgrade is with the third zoom lens. Every other aspects are the same including resolution, processor and the two main and wide lens. How come just one extra lens is making such a huge difference in price?
