ML seems to cover old cameras like the 1200D but the next model the 1300d - there is no ML download. A few years ago I originally bought a 1200D and I saved up for a 1300D as it had wifi and thought I could control film/video via wifi but found out it only pertained to taking photos. Again I feel screwed with this pain in the ass camera as it seems ML has given this model a miss. For my 1200D I downloaded ML and it has a great feature to restart recording once it records up to a 4GB file (around 12min for 1080P 25P) and this is ideal for recording speeches and weddings etc as it misses just a few seconds - great for interviews but the 1300D - a later model but almost identical in many aspects now has not that ability and I cannot see a way anywhere where I can implement a similar feature for the canon1300D. If you know of a ML equivalent or a work around to correct this it would be great. Older models of canon have the feature where the shutter button can be re-assigned to be a video record button and then a intervalometer can be incorporated to restart recording at specific times to restart recording after 12+ minutes but the 1300D falls in the cracks with not having this feature. I'm even thinking of replacing my existing 1300d with a 1200d camera as current situation is poor with no real way of installing ML to use the ML movie tweak to restart video recording

If you have any suggestions on being able to install ML or an equivalent or any other work around to allow video recording to be auto restarted after the 12min/4GB max I'd love to hear it

I have had this for about a year now for my SL1. The Sad thing is this; I have early Dementia, and forgot how to access it. The Magic Delete Button!
