I fortunately have a home gym. What I am lacking is groceries. Need protein for all the "gainz".

And because I'm feeling a bit stressed and out of sorts...who is the loser POS fuck who sees a video that's trying to help people keep moving, gives it an anonymous thumbs-down and doesn't comment? Really? If you have constructive criticism, give it. FFS. How much of a loser do you have to be to act like this?
