As a Mandy player I'll say she was pretty fine although making the speedy shot star power to be built in her base kit is good cause you would ALWAYS use it, making the other one a waste of luck when getting through drops cause no one would buy it. I fear people will complain about her and then supercell might nerf her too hard.... Well, she'll certainly be more frequently banned now and I'll get to play less with her |:

As a Maisie main I can say the buff does make a difference. I am killing brawlers in 3 ammo that I really shoudn't be able too. If you can hit all your shots, she is decent now.

Edit: it's 10, 105 coins to max a unit plus 1 star power and 1 gadget.
