The Most Beautiful City In California! Carmel-by-the-Sea

We continue our road trip through Big Sur to Morro Bay, Monterey and Carmel where we took Scenic 17 Mile Drive to Pebble Beach, visited Clint Eastwoods Mission Ranch, Carmel Mission, ate some amazing food and continued on to San Francisco. Walking tour & Restaurant reviews!!

Now I realize how fortunate I was to live near Carmel and often visit on weekends. There was a little yarn shop where I took knitting lessons.

Thanks for the memories. Lived in Pacific Grove during the 80's and early 90s. Looks like Carmel hasn't changed too much. I remember going to Carmel Plaza to shop. What I remember most about Carmel are the roofs! They are amazing and look like something out of a fairytale.
