This is a good tool for capturing text from professionally narrated videos. I can see some issues with homemade videos, but overall this is pretty damn sweet, THANK YOU!

What setting on a video allows me to use this? I keep getting an error message "transcripts disabled for that video"

Too fast. Both the rate of speaking and the text itself. And it would have been helpful to be told if it makes a difference whether you are going to e using a desktop, laptop or a mobile. The old rule applies - you need to explain what you are going to do, then show yourself doing it, and then explain what it is you did.
