Looks like you've got a tiny bit of misalignment. Try moving the driver closer to the engine. Good idea running the driver backwards though. That's the only way to keep the belt properly aligned with these backplates.

Looks exactly like the temu one I got. Ordered a skinnier driven gear sprocket and slapped a few extra washers on that side and it works great

I noticed you don’t have the chain on it just yet. Did it try to take off on you. I noticed that the sprocket is rotating?

I HAVE MY 420CC, 1 INCH SIDESHAFTED MOTOR, -WITH A 40 SERIES TORQUE CONVERTER KIT ON IT .(IDK WHAT ITS NAME IS?), ..-IT LOOKS LIKE ONE OF THE THREE SUPPORTS, OR SOMETHING ON THE PULLEY ITSELF.
-WHATS THE BEST WAY OF REPAIRING IT, SO I CAN FINALLY FINISH THIS BUILD?? WOULD JB WELD WORK??

I got the same belt kit you have I bought it off eBay I could never get my freaking belt straight then I realized I had the torque converter on the normal way where I see yours was on backwards so I tried that everything works perfect now, stupid Chinese garbage

hi, I also fitted the same kit, when I walk 2 km I touch the belt and it overheats why?? yours is the same i.e. does it overheat??? or is it normal?
