My phone can't get signal but NASA can get signal from Mars really. I'm impressed.

So around 14 mins before they received that information, it had already landed. That latency is insane.

Imagine being one of those engineers and make those technologies and knowing that you have put something on another planet. It's crazy to think about it.

Reminds me of the US sense of pride and unity we had in the 60's and 70's with the first 7, the Gemini, Apollo, etc.

History is the making. What a time to be living in. Surely does not look anything like the reactions from the first Apollo putting people on the moon.

Reminds me of walking into Walmart where there are more employees than customers and not one of them is doing anything

I'm curious to why the dust stuck too the dust cover.it looks more like mud or at least wet. Is it from the landing rockets ? A broken hydrologic line? Or Is it because of maybe static electricity? You would think that the cover being perpendicular to the ground that there would not be so much sticking to the cover and would had just fell off if all of these explanations were not the reason. Any one care to explain the reason ?

Oh, you guys do amazing things. Humanity has potentials for great things like this.Let us dismantle all artifial boundaries, enough of needless conflicts, so that the human kind can expand his frontier of knowledge.

If the signal lags 8 minutes, the live broadcast about Insight is lagging no? Basically everything already happened.
