Just an update, Cedar Point officially announced their ride lineup for Thursdays and Fridays (every ride is expected to be open Saturdays and Sundays) but the only two coasters listed as closed are Gemini and Corkscrew. No other notable flat rides were mentioned so look for a mostly complete lineup when you visit Thursday or Friday.

Really appreciate the guide you guys posted for Halloweekends. Went this last Saturday for the first time during October and had a blast. I know you said not to go on Saturday but we got lucky. Got fast lane plus (soooo worth it!). We were able to ride steel vengeance twice as well as gatekeeper twice, and everything else once including max air and skyhawk. Wind seeker wasn’t open due to winds I believe, so I’ll have to do that next year. Slingshot didn’t open until dark so the wait was crazy and I’ll have to do it next year. Got on a total of 19 rides plus went through freakshow. Loved the experience of being there for the spooky season, during the colder weather and being there late at night. Thanks again! Was happy to see that they haven’t gotten rid of the tophat of ttd. Praying it will get the new launch like you guys said so it can open next year or 2024(it’s my favorite coaster so hopefully next year lol). Good work guys!

Enjoyed your videos very helpful im planning on going to halloweekends next weekend I've never been to Cedar but I've been to Kings island twice but haven't done the halloween nights at either one only six flags fright fest it was cool so I think I'll enjoy this, Halloween is my favorite 🎃🖤🐈‍⬛🦇🕷🎢😱👍

If going on Friday or Saturday I recommend leaving around 11pm. Most people stay until midnight resulting in massive traffic jams. Reports were that it took four hours to get out of the back lot. That’s what happens when everyone leaves at the same time.

We’ve been to Halloweekends at Cedar Point a few times and have really enjoyed it. We’re considering Haunt at King’s Island this year. Which event do you guys prefer? Trying to decide if we should just go to Cedar Point because it’s 90 mins closer to us.

I'm looking to go on September 22 and 23. That's rather early in the season as opposed to closer to Halloween, and on the Fridays I would likely picture the first half of the day being dead while people are at school or work, though the second half would be a different story. And I'm a big fan of night rides for sure, I went the first Friday of the month and wrapped up my day with one on Steel Vengeance then back to back rides on Millennium Force, which I always enjoy watching it glow. I haven't done Maverick at night yet, but that will hopefully change soon!

I don't know about this year, but in previous years Fright Lane Passes came with a lanyard that got "punched" at every haunt visited and could only be used ONCE for each attraction. It was NOT a pass that could be used to go into the haunted houses as often as you wanted.... but still worth it in our opinions
