100% IV PERFECT Shadow Pokémon CAUGHT in #pokemongo

I FINALLY caught my very 1st 100% IV “perfect” Pokémon in Pokémon Go.

I've read its been stated the only thing you can't get from grunts are shinies and the last pokemon on their team. Occasionally you can catch the second one on their team. Now the leaders you can only catch the first pokemon and there is a chance for that one to be shiny.

I've only been seeing like the same 7 shadow pokemons from the grunts and leaders so I stopped fighting every single one of them. Can they literally have any pokemons or there's a small roster each season?

i have a 98% shadow snorlax and all the 1st gen starter shiny shadows as well. same with a shadow shiny larvitar, machamp, geodude, and articuno.

Guess what, I also had that same pokemon as my first 100% IV pokemon ever!!
And then I never realized it was 100 IV, so for a challenge, I purified it😭
I wonder if it's the same with other people?
