It worked in my Iphone, but not in the contact spot detailed in the video, it was the one that is next to the specified (left). Don’t know how long it will last, but I have seen other videos where a jumper is soldered to this spot and other on the left side of the screen

I think it definitely a design issue from this magical fixed method. Thanks for the sharing BTW. I encountered the same issue twice and lose some valuable picture. I can only fixed it from refresh my iPhone13 pro via MacBook. It still might happen suddenly and can maybe recovered itself after reboot and idle. I guess It’s related my bad USB cable in car since the connecting keep lose power and connection with my CarPlay. Let’s keep monitoring it and ask Apple to give a suitable supplement.

its only working for a week for my iphone 13 pro max, after that become white screen and I do it again for fix it but sadly its become black screen.. now cannot fix it 😭.. so I decide buy new LCD but now brightness cannot control😭 auto on and off.. I donno how to fix it again 😭 this iphone make me so stress..
