My step-by-step process on how I clean my All-on-4 dental implants. First, I brush. Then, I floss. Next, I use a water flosser to clear out any trapped food particles and debris. Last, I use mouth wash to keep it fresh and kill bacteria.

I don’t want to repeat but everyone is complaining about cleaning? Do you wipe your butt? Do you shower? I cleaned my teeth and I still have to remove all of it due to various reason But learning to clean should already be a routine. Just more step. For a beautiful smile and being able to eat majority of the food out there. I’ll take the time and cleaning procedures and pay for it to get clean once or twice a year.

I just had my all on 4 done on Monday. Thank you for this video. I didn’t have a clear understanding of the cleaning process and this was very helpful. I also didn’t know there was floss special for our kind of teeth. Thanks again for sharing this very intimate experience.

Getting my all on 4 in 2 days. This video was helpful and also - you are the first video I've seen where your speech is awesome. Everyone else I've seen has a lisp / or talks in a way that looks unnatural. I'm not sure how to explain it but just watching them talk and I can see right away they have implants.

This gives me hope! I'm hoping I can speak normally in time, and people won't notice like I have been in almost every video I watch.

Kalin, thank you for sharing your routine! I have been watching you for years now and you are amazing! I felt like I was the only 30-year-old in the world going through this until I found you! Thank God I did! Thank you for your positivity and everything you do! You definitely gave me and so many others hope. I had my surgery in October and it was the best decision I’ve ever made. I got an “implant fixed zirconia bridge” on my top. I do need the bottom done also to but can’t afford it at the moment. I didn’t want to come out of the house, work or do anything at all because of the shame that I felt. It was ruining me as a person.

Thank you for the very explicit video. My full mouth implants were done 6 moths ago and I’ve had difficulty using the floss. Your video was helpful with several concerns I’ve had. Thank you!!

Kalinjax thank you so much for giving me your experience and layout of your implants it’s so helpful. I sufferered genetic gum disease for 10 years I’m Indian in my mid 50s We highly prone plus my dad and his sister lost teeth early . It crept up but I had no idea as totally silent. My teeth were gorgeous but suddenly they got longer as bone and gums when up. My bite was lost. Bleeding constant no matter hygiene. I’m now researching as I need bone sinus and I want at least 6 top snd bottom implants with zirconia full arch bridge according to facial oral surgeon in uk . Still thinking as it means 2nd morgage but I want long term solution. Hope I did not bore you thank you again for being brave with your postings and everything you been through.

I had surgery 3 months ago so I am still in the healing stages. I have all on 5 however I am delayed in getting my upper placed because I need to heal. I should get it on January 20th. My process is to use a water pick first and thoroughly get under the prosthesis. Then I brush with a soft bristle brush with toothpaste making sure to get in every nook and cranny hahaha. I make sure to clean my tongue and the inside of my cheeks. I have only dabbled in the flossing. I think I still have some swelling in the gums so I have to be very careful. I am so surprised I think that the food sticks so much more than on natural teeth. Sometimes I use the water pick in the shower since I make such a mess! Great video!

I’m having trouble with the flossing as u said theirs a learning curve I really wish after spending all this money that they would teach us I’ve tried several times with this flimsy threader but if I get it through I literally gag, as I can’t get ahold of it with my fingers I’m so frustrated, but thank u so much for sharing your routine I do the water flosser and brushing it’s just the floss I’m having trouble with but perhaps it’s the wrong one as it was given too me by dentist it’s called wet Thru but easy it’s not I’ve literally stressed myself out so much now ugh

Great video! I do it a little bit differently. I start off flossing with a Waterpik water flosser. It holds a lot of water but I like the one that you’re using as well. The Waterpik gets out most of the food particles from the get-go. After that, I brush my teeth and I use an electric toothbrush. I was never told to use a specific toothpaste but I may try using the Sensodyne. And lastly I do the flossing but it is very challenging even though I use the exact same super flosser that you do. Sometimes I put a little bit of mouthwash into the Waterpik. I’m a little nervous about using it too often because sometimes they can stain. I have the Prettau Zirconia.

Ok wow, FINALLY, a video that is a great How-To..., I'm having E-Day on this Feb 12th in Playa del Carmen, nervous as heck. I've been wondering about the maintenance for a while, and I'm sure the doctors down there will go over how to keep hygiene up. But this video is extremely helpful, so thanks. I doubt I'll be as vigilant as you but I'll do my best.

I just got my teeth, all on 4 on the bottom today! I love them, however I have been told to take them out at night and clean. Just taken me an hour to get it out, I was scared my implants would pop out with it! I am having bridges on both top sides, one side, both implants have failed, which is a bummer, but I'm sure it will be sorted next time, it didn't feel right from the start that side. I get my upper right back next and molar crowns, costing so much money and it's a long hard process, but I think I will get there! I watched and took a lot of knowledge from your videos before I started this process, so thank you!
