I make my own ice cream cakes for birthdays sometimes. I think I will use nutty buddies next time. I put my softened ice cream in a mixing bowl and use the beaters to whip it up, makes it like soft serve. It is then super easy to spread. I also use a springform pan.

I think I would mix the ice cream and peanut butter together then spread it on, plus I’d like more ice cream. Looks wonderful, another great video.
