Linux Mint 19 Tara XFCE Beta.. It Be Good And Minty..

Here we have the latest version of mint and in my eyes it is very, very good even though i am not a mint fan to be honest, but this is one of the first versions of Linux mint that i have no problems with so thus is a good thing for me, so go give it a go as you may like it a lot..dozo..

Nice video. I'm using mint 18.3 cinnamon. My laptop Acer 4736z has Intel T4400 processor, 3 GB RAM, 320 GB memory.
I migrated to mint after frustrating experience with Ubuntu 18.04 gnome. I have some issues - my screen flickers & sometimes webpages are covered in dark patches. Can't copy files to 32 GB memory stick quickly. The permission in properties section need to change to RW every time. I hv already reinstalled mint 18.3 twice but problem persists. Can you suggest solution? do I need to change to MATE of Xfce DE?

Hello sneeky! Quodlibet might have been preferred over Rythmbox. Otherwise Cantata is an excellent Qt5 music player.

I've tried it and blooming hell had to look under the hood thought it was Arch..It's really fast faster than Xubuntu and Lite..Heavens above..What have the Irish done..??? The Mint team make a great DE and base look professional..This is the best and they deserve a massive pat on the back...Guess what I'm doing next..I do like a polo :-)..Oh one question why are you using swap..Waste of time not needed and never used it in my life..Funny that :-)
