you folk's ability to spot 'catches' is totally amazing! The wobble car in the opening frames, was a total miss for me until you highlighted it! The fact that you have to scour all the cams to put this together almost every day is mind numbing. BUT, I am so grateful that you do! thanks for some great railfanning and sharing with all of us!

The AL&M unit is a very rare GP28. EMD only built 31 units (16 for North America/15 for Peru and Mexico) and it produced 1, 800hp.

Omg it's 1816, I have seen that engine so many times before it retired

I wonder if the editor saw or not that at 13:42, you can actually see the cause of the coal train going into emergency, there’s a full separation with the back half of the train keeping distance from the front half

Another great Grab Bag. Enjoyed all your captures of Railfan Fans, plus yet another Darwin Candidate. If that guy tripped on the rail, he would have been a gonner! The emergency trains were also great captures. And we would be remiss if we didn't mention your squirrel video. Great job as always.

5:15 I saw a video on how the Herzog train works. It's really cool.

ALM unit like a Rhinestone GP riding off to it's rail rodeo. Also the two orange covered hoppers in the Strasburg train are ex Action Road Rio Grande and are from LSRC. Lake States R R in lower Michigan. Out for the Holiday

0:16 cool 12-unit lash-up
0:45 CEFX GP20D
3:06 an AL&M GP28. Only 31 of this type were built, and this one was built for the Mississippi Central before joining Illinois Central's 12 other GP28s. This unit is probably going to get repainted in G&W orange judging by the yellow circle on the side
4:22 another ex-Amtrak express boxcar
4:43 silver underframe B40-8W, black underfame B40-8W, and an MWLX GP9u. This engine ran in Amtrak MOW orange with a high hood until 2009-ish
5:15 the locomotive on this Herzog well train haspart of the body chopped off for visibility in reverse
6:30 wow, a replacement AC unit from a Canadian National Unit.
7:13 no horn used when this guy cut in front of the train on foot
8:30 broken knucke and an SP boxcar on the Strasburg freight train
8:58 quite a few Reading and Northen hoppers
9:08 Greenville and northern boxcar with the Taco Bell logo graffitied onto it
11:16 H2, warbonnet, and executive MAC

Cool. The GP lines and Ashley, Drew & Northern were always some of my faves.

13:33 I think it's an easy guess why THAT train went into emergency.

You should really have text showing what type of locomotive it is

Minor point... that's an Amtrak MHC (Material Handling Car). The mail cars were all trainlined with HEP and 27pin comms, while the MHC's weren't and were relegated to rear of train operations.
