Whether you feel "in the flow" right now or not, in this video Dr. Sue explains there's a flow that's always happening in your life and how you can surrender to it. When it comes to being in "the flow," sometimes you're connected to it, and sometimes you're not and it all depends on whether you're identified as the mind, or if you've surrendered to the true, Soulful Self that you are.

7:37 flow happens when drop ourselves into the river. You stay in flow and engage and all of a sudden you are not afraid of people and events anymore.

Feel that feeling we have avoided for years. Just feel it a few minutes a day.

That was awesome. Thank you. I love flowing. I would like to flow every single moment for the rest of the time I’m here, so I’m working on that.

You are INCREDIBLE Dr Sue how you explain things is so simple! The answers have been there the whole time and we have been spending years chasing our tail. Literally why? Because nobody explained it like this!!!! 😟

Well HERE WE ARE NOW 😅

I feel expanded just listening to this explanation 😊

Flow is essential, the way of the breath, flow happens when we forget who we are and act fully in the moment with what we are doing. We become what we are doing rather than an individual over thinking things, The selfless aspect of our true nature of the soul. Most people engage with this form of self by watching tv, and becoming 'timeless', which isnt the best type of flow, being in flow engages all our systems so we want to flow with the environments that we wish to grow in.

A big aspect for me being in flow is bodily composition, I have traumas from the past still affecting me. I was sexually abused and raped from 3-6, and was abused until 13 by my older brother with physical abuse and verbal abuse. And my mother did nothing to prevent any of this, she would state she has noone else to look after me. My abuser also told me my mother does not love me, so it has effected my life totally..

I chose powerlifting as an Avenue of growth, and dedicated myself fully to this. I joined the royal.air force and was capable of becoming the RAF powerlifting champion which was my life goal. I had been coached by many of the best people in powerlifting, and was about to travel to Dubai to compete in powerlifting for the raf.

A few months later a girl I was dating who I told I never wanted kids, had told me she was pregnant. ( she lied about being on contraception, lied about being abused by her ex, lied about being allergic to latex) this brought all my childhood back ten fold.

I couldn't stay in the air force I was too depressed, I lost out on my career, my what seemed to be life goals and dedications.

Almost 5 years on, and I'm still recovering. Because I was raped, it's almost like my body locked up in areas, I've been unable to squat without heel support even though I have been working on flexibility for many years.

I dont think I have ever had a regulated breathing system, I always breath consciously and deeply. Lol 👍😂😅

I do yoga daily, and it is the main factor in my preservation and recovery.

Sue Morter I don't know if you will response but I am experiencing a strong sense of dissociation, as I am starting to strongly loose my sense of self, and my awareness of the outside become very expansive. It happens when I walk or just focus on my hands, or daily life, like going for walks, once I was walking and shifted my awareness to quickly, that everything started to vibrate, which is hard to explain but i almost lost my sense of self then. Once I felt my body in meditation elevating in every direction, going right, then like a strong streaming current I started shacking up, elevating but I didn't take the jump. I am 17, shifting through dissociation and reality, should I take that jump, or wait till have a stronger foundation? Since I don't really have the clarity where all this will take me.
