You might need to edit your HOSTS file in DEVS:Internet (created by your TCP/IP stack program) To help the UNC names resolve their IPs.

Got this working as a mountlist script and dosdriver, very handy. Great to see sw being back ported to os3, it had some great features and can’t wait for the next 3.2.3 and 3.3 updates! Great video, it may be more helpful to show the actual process you went through to set it up rather than just showing the example script, I learnt a bit about networking setting this up to share a windows smb share.

Thanks for the video! Salass00 is close to finishing the character set conversion for the handler, and I plan to add proper unmounting support to the library. The latter is will probably come with its own command, because all the "unmount" programs I found had issues except "KillDev" from IDEfix97.

Nice! Got it installed and it works awesome! But is it possible to set the Volume-name when it get's mounted? In my case the name becomes <IP-of-the-server>-<sharename>, but device-name becomes whatever the name of the DosDriver is

Oddly I can't get this working. When I mount it nothing happens. I can't imagine what I've done wrong, but followed all the instructions I could find. Is there any debug output from 'mount' or smb2-handler that I can possibly look at for help?

why my A1200 give guru meditation after install, rom 3.2 and after update to wb 3.2.2 from wb 3.2.1 just crashes, have the 3.2.2 install disc in floppydrive make it boot
