1 3/4 cups Tomato Puree
7 whole Garlic Cloves
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Sugar (mix with the tomato paste and the liter of water)
1/2 teaspoon Red Chili Flakes
1 Red Chili Pepper sliced
1/2 cup Olive Oil
1 liter Water
