Turkish men attack Syrian businesses in Istanbul

Tensions have risen in Istanbul’s Esenyurt district after a group of Turkish men attacked Syrian-owned businesses following a fight with a Syrian man.

Turkey’s Interior Ministry said that seven people have been detained in connection to the violence.

I was in Turkey for holiday (I’m a Kurd from northern Iraq) and as you walk around there are Syrians kids on the streets, their parents leave them to work and have fun and they were so rude they tried taking my sisters pants off!! And my mum gave them sweets they threw it around!!

When I was nine years old, I cried every day for the Syrians. When they came to my country, i saw what they had done, and could no longer go out freely, I felt sorry for myself. It's a shame that people here make comments so easily. How tiring it is to explain yourself.

As aTurk last months this kind if things happen to me. One if the Syrian people came to me ask for money. I was in my car with my daughter. I did not give than. He start to chick my car window. We were scared and shocked. The other Tyrkish guys came and helped us and request us. They are so different and they do not know how to love in rule and democraticly. I am not telling all of them like that but some of them is like this. As a mum and Turkish women I am fead up.
