I just finished reading your book. My son is diagnosed with schizoaffective disorder. We had a journey with him. Very difficult life. Your book was amazing. Very similar Symptoms as my son. I just gave him the book to read.
He’s very interested in the book. It helped me personally a lot on how to deal with the illness. Gave us hope. Knowing that medication is not the only answer. I love the idea of meditation as well.

I have a working diagnosis of Schizoaffective, Depressive type. I have only had it for a few years. I have only had two breaks. Right now I am not on meds. I don't believe they make a difference. But I could be wrong. I have a friend with the disorder who is med free and symptom free for many years now.

I am diagnosed with schizaffective disorder. If I get my invega shot and sleep. I am disabilied and feel alone

I think my medicine helps me, but I still experience strong delusions and bipolar days as well. I think you people live in my head basically. I try not to view this as a negative thing and am trying not to fight it as much, when I fight I just feel horrible.
