Starsky said 'Bilhorod', and the interviewer corrected him. Under Russia's reason for wanting Ukraine back because in his words it was, historically, "Russian." He (Starsky) called that city/region "Bilhorod" because HISTORICALLY that was it's name AND it was HISTORICALLY a part of Ukraine.
