Should denying or minimising the Holocaust be a criminal offence?

In most European countries, Holocaust denial is illegal. Is there any justification for such laws?

David Irving. The greatest historian covering the events of wwII. Particularly involving those worth billions of dollars every year to a particular tribe. No wonder they want the questioning of events outlawed. Who or what can you not question?

Far from being a 'crackpot, ' David Irving was the multimillionaire author of a number of best-selling works and was the "go-to guy" as a WWII historian. He was THE acknowledged authority on WWII until the fall of the Soviet Union and examination of these camps became possible.
At that point, serious questions were raised about the alleged use of poison gas in large rooms that showed no forensic chemical evidence of any such thing.
Irving noted this, and upon investigation, a multitude of other glaring anomalies.
Long story short, he was financially ruined, imprisoned and un-personed.
Nobody EVER questions Irving's facts as he only ever uses documented primary sources for his evidence. They only ever attack his character.

Physically moving six million people around, then dead ones and disposing of them is a logistical nightmare that would take some serious manpower and organisation. I've never understood how that happened while the Germans were fighting on many fronts.

Precise numbers and means of death are what the 'crank' David Irving was academically questioning. His denial was suggesting that the majority died of disease such as typhoid and cholera whilst being held in the atrocious conditions of the camps, no less a crime in Irving's eyes I might add. The idea that the gas chambers were not the primary cause of death does not sit well with the orthodoxy of the holocaust industry.

The official figure of alleged victims in Auschwitz was 4 million, but that figure was "revised" down to around 1 million over the years, so 3 millions disappeared over night, but the 6 million figure (which is symbolic to the kabalists) remained unchanged! Still, if you ask questions about that discrepancy, you are as daft as the one who argues the square root of 25 is not 5! Beat that guys.

Needles to say that most of the figures obtained from the German officers were obtained under duress, during Nuremberg trials and wouldn't be admitted as evidence in a real court of law.
