just a heads up, those "speed augments" you were looking at only affect the speed of things in the pedestals inventory, IE how much stuff or how fast you can move things out of that pedestal by linking it to another pedestal, but to speed up the function of the pedestal upgrade you need to use the "modification infusion upgrade". you can see the layout for what it requires to speed it up by hitting "U" over the breaker upgrade in JEI and the upgrade modifier tab shows where to put stuff for it modify your upgrade. so if u wanted it to go through the selected area breaking your certus faster it would be the speed upgrade recipe. also if you enchant the pick axe you put in there it will give better yields too just like your mining gadget.

Wow, that copy and paste at the start was pretty cool. Did really good on that mod for that to not royally mess things up.

Create has a mass-storage option. You have to insert/remove items with pipes, but an ME storage bus should work. Good for all those unique items that otherwise occupy slots in the disk.

I'm excited to see the setup you make for certus quartz production, the increased complexity of flawed-based production systems is always a treat. However, later on if you want increased and more compact crystal growth, you can find a new meteor with some flawless quartz blocks. Normally you need spatial storage or to live on a meteor to take advantage (breaking flawless quartz makes it flawed, even with silk touch), but if you're playing with Mekanism then you can just use cardboard boxes to move flawless quartz wherever you need it to be which lets you have a tiny farm producing as much as you need

Charging gadgets? No best option than. Coal powered, no bullshit, no mod progression. Coal your way into powering. Early game beast. Fast charging. Gives coal a use.
Laser IO? Speechless. Specially consisdering how it filled the colossal gap left by enderio after 1.12, whereas its only returning now, 4 fucking years later.
What is to come after? I can only imagine.

(not as old as the elite in 1.6.4 but still pretty respectable for the sky factory age)
I was tired of the early game, I call it the needy era, you need everythting, food suply, jetpacks for flight, backpacks, decent mining, ore processing, storage, a residence, armor, more storage space, walkspeed, teletransportation, looting, fortune, enderpearls for the end resources, and it all comes through mining
Mining gadgets solves this issue throughly

Not sure if you could increase the certus quartz growth by using Quantum entangled blocks.
If it works by adding one more bud growth each block.
Don't forgetto add fortune on the pick in the automation
