Yes, Foxy and Chica scale up the longer the run goes on for.

I've seen foxy need 5+ stares at 6 am because of that.

I actually found out there are keyboard short cuts!
You can switch between the monitors by using "A" and "D", you can go into a monitor using " W", and exit using "S". "S" is also used to exit some places, such as places fuses can spawn and the breaker box.

I don't know if I'm the first one to figure this out or not, but it's just cool to know.

If you only peek at the others Chica takes her time. She comes to the cries of the others so the faster you get through the less you'll see her. And Foxy adds a charge each time.

To answer your question at the end of the video:
The difficulty of the night increases every time you change the main fuse.
First main fuse change activates Bonnie, second activates Foxy and third activates Chica.
Subsequent main fuse changes after Foxy spawns increases the amount of times you need to glare at him,
and after Chica spawns, increases the amount of cupcakes you have to find.
Because of this, the night is actually easier to beat if you flash Freddy as much as possible,
as you will beat the night before the difficulty increases to a high level.
Speedrunners can beat the game before Chica even activates (before the third main fuse change).

I think I remember seeing somewhere that Nikson said that the difficultly (like the amount of times you have to flash Foxy and the amount of cupcakes you have to find) ramps up based on how many times you replace the fuses.

Im pretty sure the night difficulty depends on how many times you swap out the main power fuse. The more you swap it out, the more cupcakes appear and the more times you have to stare at Foxy. Basically, the faster you find Freddy, the better.
