I'm a bit confused because you are giving the equation of the perpendicular bisector in terms of x and y, but the coordinate axis are not x and y. Is it acceptable in the exam? Thanks

why do we assume that mod z is always at origin, maybe I'm getting confused. is it because the mod of a complex number starts from the origin? i dont understand, is it because z is x+iy so mod z is like the equation of a cirlce so the centre is 0, 0 but then... please help
