Thanks for this explanation as this is maybe the only available video on YouTube about this case. I guess using the concept of distance to the two centers of the two circles will be easier as the first inequality means we need those points with distance to (-2, 0) is less than the distance to (5, 0) so we take the points to the left of the perpendicular bisector.
