This Peri Peri Chicken is Garlicky, spicy, and full of flavor!

This recipe can be prepared on the grill as well but again I honestly prefer the ease of the @ninjakitchen Foodi on the grill setting.

✨Mise en Place ✨
✨1 Whole Chicken Spatchcock (Butterflied)
✨2 Tablespoons of Chicken Bouillon
✨1 Lemon, Juice and zest
✨1/4 cup Red wine Vinegar
✨1 Teaspoon Salt
✨5-10 Thai or Birds eye Chili Peppers (depends on your heat preference)
✨1 Tablespoon fresh Cilantro
✨1 Tablespoon fresh thyme
✨1 Tablespoon fresh Basil
✨1 small onion
✨6 Cloves of Garlic
✨1 Tablespoon Paprika

I serve my Chicken on a bed of Roasted Garlic & Turmeric Mash & Green Beans
