Ryzen 9 7900X is what I have in my PC, and you can find them for anywhere in between $250 - $325. Got mine on the cheaper end of that off of ebay new

As a product manager, you need swap out the cpu and sell it under a slightly different sku # and consider it a direct replacement. Have and urls forwarded to the sku. Don't lose those sales. Reinstate when you can get the cpu again

Given the poor sales of Zen5 at the moment, I would look into whether or not you can find suppliers that would work with you on pricing for the 9700X that places it closer to pricing for the 7700X.

Maybe hold out for 9000x3d chips? think for a high end build you need the 3d v-cache, and realistically you’re not putting a 7600x3d in a $2000 build. 7950x3d is an option but do you really thinking people buying a prebuilt should have to learn how to core park?

Wht u would do is buy them from microcenter or have a inside source ie member or someone who is apart of ZTT who lives further away to buy them at a different microcenter and ship them over to your HQ for builds .

R7 7700X is perfect for that GPU, or R5 7600X3D I think it is. Those are great for that level CPU

Probably a temporary problem if you can't find an equal component in the present time just put it on pause until they are available. Make a new one for that slot so you still make profit.

I got the 7900X3D for $320 bucks during prime day since 7800x3d went back over $400. With windows 11, the handover between cores seems to be flawless. Games performance is rock solid, boot times are quick, temps are low, and overall great build. Just my $.02

I think you could do a couple options like some other sites where they let you choose the CPU. Manye with the 7 7700x and the 9 7950x3d ( I hope I wrote that right😂)
