Glad Magic told Ian on why he revived the Quantum Leap project in this recent episode and they showed the original Quantum Leap back in season 3 where Magic felt that Sam leaped into him and in the body of the younger Magic, Sam saved his brother and his platoons. Tia Carrere who people don't remembered guest starred as a double agent for the North Vietnamese who killed Sam's brother, younger Magic and their platoon in their original history, but Sam prevented it by killing her. Magic revived the project in honor of Sam and possibly bring him back home.

With Magic talking about how he restarted Quantum Leap to find Sam, its only further proof this isn't a reboot, its a continuation. Ben is likely looking for Sam.

Episode 4 = FREAKING AWESOME. I'm officially glued to this series. :)

you know i like watching the original and the new reboot both shows are good but you do have to have suspension of belief and suspend your belief a little bit because there are some things that happen in both shows that aren't really believable but there is one thing in the reboot that's believable and you can buy it because they gave you an explanation for it and explained it they said in episode four Ben was able to leap outside his own lifetime because he disabled the safety protocols on Ziggy that prevented a person from being able to leap outside their own lifetime and before they were born and their date of birth.

i like both the original and the new reboot. watching the show i did notice on Ben's leaps he leaped into a jewelry heist an astronaut a boxer a cowboy and leaps into an earthquake even though it's episode six of season one and will debut on Monday October 24 2022 and hasn't been shown yet. i did notice watching the show that Ben's leaps were harder then Sam's a lot more intense and more extreme so at first i really didn't know what to make of that or to think of it i didn't know whether to like it or hate it at first and in the beginning i think i hated it and thought it was unnecessary to be make Ben's leaps harder then Sam's and more intense and more extreme there was no reason for it. but now i think i actually like it this is a very good show and good reboot. even though some of the leaps the the jewelry heist the spaceshuttle and the western leap aren't normal situations a regular normal person would find themselves in. but the boxing episode and earthquake episode are regular and normal situations though. i'm calling it right now i think the boxing episode spaceshuttle episode earthquake episode and western episode those three or four episodes will probably be the best episode's of the season especially that earthquake episode i've seen the footage from it like pictures and videos from it and i've read the story and plot of the show and what it's about four months before this show debuted. i knew back in May of this year this would be a good show/reboot. there are some things i don't like and i have some complaints the show has a couple problems but it's still a very good show and reboot though this is a good show and i think that the spaceshuttle episode boxing episode and earthquake episode are the best episode's of season one and have proven all the "hater's" wrong even though the earthquake episode hasn't technically "debuted" yet but still i knew from watching the footage of it in may of this year just how good this show was and was going to be. i know it might not be for everyone and some people might not like it but at least give the reboot a chance people and at least watch the first season and all 22 episodes of the first season and season one before judging it and saying whether it's good or bad or not. give the reboot a chance.

when the show was being created that earthquake episode was the first episode of the show that they created even though it is episode six of the series and will debut in two weeks on Monday October 24 2022. i've seen the footage and pictures and videos of the show and that episode back in May of 2022 so when that earthquake episode debut's and people see just how good it is people will see this is a good show and it will prove all the hater's wrong and all the people making unfounded accusations and accusing the show of being woke and calling it woke leap and saying it sucks. one more thing i think people must have selective memory or memory loss because they forget that the original quantum leap was woke and their were at least seven or eight episode's about race two or three each season so let's not lie and say that the original never talked about race or politics. while it was rare and they didn't do it all the time there were at least one or two episodes each season where they did. the new reboot hasn't once talked about diversity or brought up race politics or any gay or transgender crap so all the accusations against the show calling it woke and saying they want and all minority cast are ridiculous and absurd and unfounded. those people are just "hater's" and hating on it for no reason just Judge the show fairly and give it a chance. most people were closed minded and went into the reboot hating it it's a good show give it a chance.
