I think the major problem in Drama Queen is that the plot is ambiguous in terms of what exactly it's trying to say, it can be interpreted both as anti colonialists and anti immigrants since it's not specified in early chapters if the aliens are actually good guys or bad guys. The main characters built a conspiracy about they plotting the whole meteor thing and it's all staged but we have to wait a few chapters until we get an actual veredict.

As far as I know (I haven't read ch 4 yet) the aliens saved the world by destroying a meteor that was going to crash on earth and some of them decided to stay on earth and occupied high positions in compamies in Japan as a "gratitude gift" from humanity. So from the perspective of the protagonists aliens are ruining the japanese society and must be eaten, literally.

But it's not like there's also humans in high positions who are bad guys just like aliens are being portrayed as, but I hope the author becomes aware of this point since the manga is also being published with official English translation on Manga Plus so foreigners can also read that and might feel ofended by the ambiguous plot. Racism from japanese people has been highlited lately in worldwide media so it's good to be aware of what exact message you want to tell to te audience.

Yeah admittedly that’s not the most far-fetched thing in the world, I can absolutely imagine someone who genuinely hates immigrants making something like this as some delusional metaphor. Whether that’s actually what the story’s about or not, I’d have to read it myself, but this is a pretty mild take by Xitter standards.

its not really unjustified, its just depending how you interoperate the story, it can be very easily interoperated as xenophobia since Japan is known to be quite xenophobic, or it could be viewed as something about colonizers, though its easier to view as xenophobia since there are more things pointing to it being that
