I think that the whole point of Barry Allen’s story is that no matter how fast he is, he can’t save everybody he loves. I think that the speed force, time traveling and multiverses added to much bullsh’t that it just makes little to no character development to where he is only there to time travel fix or to be the clutch save.

In defense of Reverse Flash, he’s from the future so he can’t really kill off any of the heroes or it will cause a butterfly effect. Even though he’s a living time paradox I don’t think he wants to take that kind of gamble. Besides there has been times where his actions in different timelines has caught up to him

Reminds me of that Harley Quinn episode where Ivy has a quick tussle with the male LOD members, and Reverse Flash was just chilling in the background watching even tho if he wanted he could literally unalive Ivy and everyone else in the room in less than a second if he wanted to.

Seeing the one comic book line where he just catches anyone doing crime the second it's happening had me dead laughing.

And the fact that he would at times go out of his way to reform his villains rather than put them in body bags sounds more like a noble and ideal hero.

Only villain that deserves the latter can't because he is a paradox

To not get a damage, he should be always in speed force. And if he was in content speed force, he would be too fast for the world, like 1 minute for us, will be an hour for Flash. So in these moments, he can be damaged .

The thing is about Eobard, he really cant kill every hero he comes across, either he doesn't care about them, or if he does, it'll probably wipe him from existence due to time ripples.

Speedsters are prone to zoning out as a result of the fact that everything from their perspective seems to take forever. There's a really interesting flash comic that explains this dynamic by showing Barry forcing himself to think slower. But it's also because Barry actually cares about his rogue's gallery and wants to see them rehabilitated.

Joker, at the end of the day, does all he does to prove that everybody is deep down just a bad day away from crossing the line. ReverseFlash on the other end is potentially the cause of all those Bad Days.
