Can’t believe it worked tysm - if ur on macOS you need to go to Emulation > cheat manager > press the + in the bottom left > change the ‘type’ to action replay > paste code in the box then press apply and also tick the box where it says ‘type’ > then press Q W (or whatever L and R is for you) then it works

Worked perfectly thanks! Used this code to get an Electrizer for my Electabuzz in my HeartGold Randomized ShinyLocke. Randomizing items wasn't the best of ideas for item held evolution Pokemon lol.
