Me & heelflips do not get along lol, I used to do them with a passion. But every since the day I was trying one off of a big box at a skatepark things wen't bad. I kept landing it but not rolling away then the final try I caught it in primo & rolled my ankle. Only time I do them now is if i'm playing S.K.A.T.E. with someone or if i'm in hype mode.
