Pugna can solo the first tormentor. All you need is lvl 12 ult, max decrep and a little spell amp. You can take the facet, get a kya or hope for a good neutral. In average MMR, no one is looking at the tormentors at minute 20. You start the enemy torm at minute 20 you'll finish in 30-60 seconds so maybe grab their wisdom rune on the way out then tp home, refresh mana and go get your torm. As long as your team doesn't force a fight for these 2 minutes you get a 2800 networth swing on a pos 4-5 pugna.

Top builds:
1) any intiator = bkb first item, people get bored of it or somehow try and avoid it but its still the best item in the game and lets you go in, pop bkb and live the fight. There is no other item in the game that provides this kind of survivability with your first item and if you do your job + get to live the fight you can continue to scale.

Clockwerk hookup facet is insane. Pair it with a blink stunner like slar or cent and you will be cc locking everything with a fifteen second cooldown on hookshot

this might be kind of a meme, but lion mid/carry (fist of death facet) going double bracer, into ags, into blink. You're pretty weak until level 12, where you should have gotten your ags, now your fist of death is active 50% of the time, which means you can farm really fast (especially if you have a couple of kills, which is not too hard, since you and usually get a solo kill somewhere). Then you just continue to build tank items like heart, sange kaya and once you hit level 18, you get 100% uptime, and you deal redicoulous dmg and you're tanky enough to go kill with rightclick.
you will also never run out of mana during the game thanks to your mana drain, and you still have a stun and a hex. Also i have had some succes with harpoon (the double slap with a couple of stacks deals lets you two shot people) : match id: 7922902031 first game played with this strat

Bloodstone is OP on half the heroes in Dota right now. AOE amp is massive. I've been going Bloodstone on suport Ancient Apparition. You can cover the screen with Vortexes. And his other spells benefit too.

I used Pugna pipe first item and then glimmer into holy locket and then you are just healing none stop and then u get the 20% heal on ult at lvl 20 and you are a healing machine you heal almost 500 hp per sec

AA with bone chill and rush urn then boots to vessel max ur w the q by the time u get ur shard mid game he can kill people solo the amout of damg he dose if he hits his ult my god not only good for team fights but if u get like witch blade and + 50 death rim lvl25 talent he is a must target at late game so either u kill them or u make them focus on u give time for ur carry

I've been buying Euls instead of Atos as Ringmaster to play it sorta like Lina:
1. Euls
2. Throw your ult behind them
3. Time your Q
4. Theyre gonna walk into your ult, follow up with your E

Thats a guaranteed 5 sec disable with massive damage. By the time you can do this combo you should have 2 charges of your E, a better setup tho its harder would be to hit your E before Euls. Not only does this setup for your team but you do massive damage, and you only need Euls. I also like Euls better than Atos because of Euls dispel and ability to cyclone yourself to maybe disjoint a projectile or give you enough time to use your W.
