My friend gave me his Instinct when he upgraded. This has been days of frustration. I used to do usability testing for IBM in the '90s. This product, in my opinion, needs a re-write of the manual or a re-layout of the buttons. A product should be, to the greatest degree possible, intuitive. My personal experience did not find that with the Instinct. Your experience may differ, but I am tempted to re-write the manual as a public service just for my own edification.

It diesn't work still. says "download the app" though I am connected through my phones BT and just connected to the watch. Won't connect through app...

There is no "Pair phone" to select on my Garmin Instinct. Also, please mention EVERY button that is pressed.
