Cut and break! Relocating a toilet means removing concrete.

I use a skilsaw with a diamond blade and a pump up sprayer aiming water at the blade. Done concrete for years and the 60lb jackhammer takes care of the rest as soon as you break a small section it breaks fast

If you just make 1 more cross cut you can eliminate the breaker. Let me know if your interested and I can send you a video of it.
