I'm sorry but just because her hair in total weighs 70 lbs does not mean that's how much he cut through. He cut through what appears to be an inch and a half in diameter which anyone can do it's not hard. Not to mention the weight on the hair pulling it down from her scalp would make it easier to cut because it would hold it in place rather than it sliding away and the tension would make it weaker. It's just like how if you are cutting fabric it needs to be held down tightly or it will just slide away on the table and take twice as long to cut. The weight has literally nothing to do with how easily he cut it.
